MemClick began as one parent’s answer to a question most families know: they learned it — why is it gone by November? This is what we believe, and the lines we won’t cross.
Where it started
A physician’s answer to a kitchen-table problem.
MemClick was built by David Healy — a physician and academic educator whose day job is designing lifelong learning for doctors — after watching his own two middle schoolers work hard for ideas that passed Friday’s test and were missing again by the next term.
Medicine solved this problem years ago: doctors keep vast amounts of knowledge current with short, spaced review — recalling each idea again at the right moment. Nothing brought that discipline home to the courses kids actually take. So he built it — first for his own family, then, once it worked at his kitchen table, for yours.

Forgetting is schedulable
Ideas leave quietly unless they are recalled at the right moments. MemClick exists to time those moments — that’s spaced retrieval practice, and it is the whole product.
School teaches; we help it last
MemClick doesn’t replace the classroom, the teacher, or the textbook. It takes what was already taught and makes it durable — so class time builds on solid ground.
The keeping should be visible
Grades arrive late and say little about memory. Parents deserve a calm, plain-language view of what their learner is practicing, what’s building, and what they can recall with confidence.
