Is the trial really free?

Yes. You can start without entering a credit card. The trial lasts 7 days from the day you sign up.

What happens after the trial?

If you don’t subscribe, new sessions pause. Your child’s courses, progress, and review history stay saved on the account so you can come back later.

Can I add another child?

Yes. One family plan includes up to 3 children — no extra charge per child.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from account settings on the MemClick website. Access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Do you support my school?

We add supported schools and courses over time. If your school isn’t matched yet, MemClick uses a standard US course catalog for your child’s grade and subject.

What ages is this for?

MemClick is designed for grades 6–12. Each card is matched to the grade band of the course it comes from.

Where do I manage billing?

Billing is managed from account settings on the MemClick website — the same site you signed up on.
